Matt links business and adventure to demonstrate the value of good leadership and explains why we don’t all have to go to Harvard to be ‘extraordinary’ leaders in our own right. Matt promotes an inclusive, collaborative style and shares the lessons learned through over 30 years of being at the top of his game. Matt's journey started by being the lowliest crew member on a fishing boat in the cold English Channel at 16. Having witnessed a burial at sea, he started selling Life Insurance on a commission-only basis, and has since then he has gone on to grow and successfully exiting 2 technology companies of his own, as well as write 3 books on business growth and leadership. His comprehensive knowledge is always informed by personal endurance challenges such as Ironman events, swimming the English Channel, and most recently leading a team to row across the Atlantic Ocean.
